theoreticalpixyI am breaking my lj silence to squee about Doctor Who, and Dollhouse, and probably something else fandom-y that I have now forgotten....
I really like 11's dorky outfit.BOWTIE! SUSPENDERS! ELBOW PATCHES!
I love it, I can see him being a little more reserved and probably a bit annoyed that he looks so young. I would giggle a lot if he has occasionally crotchety old man tendencies.
Karen/Amy also looks adorable. I like that she's in a big slouchy sweatshirt thing. She definitely looks more casual than the other new series companions have been (well, Rose was casual but she was always done up and everything was very fitted). Hopefully her personality is awesome, I'm trusting Moffet.

Riversong has been seen filming, she's scheduled for 2 episodes apparently. I was kinda hoping to have more of a wait before she returned but oh well. I'm not jazzed about the character but the actress is very good and maybe Moffet has something cool up his sleeve. I can hope right?
Torchwood is dead to me now. DEAD LIKE IANTO. I don't care how cool CoE was putting all of Torchwood out of commission is not a good way to prep for a 4th series. They're not much they can do to redeem themselves in my eyes if they do film a series 4.
It's the one time I really wanted RTD to pull a magical, weird, deus ex machina out of thin air to save the day and make everything all and he doesn't. This is worse that being Jossed.
To end on an awesome note though: Epitaph One and the original Dollhouse pilot! omg I'm in love again. Dollhouse is going to beat out Firefly on the list of Whedon things I love if the second season is good. I am totally excited.
